Please reach out to CustomerCare@RoamNaturals.com with your order number, picture of the product (only if requesting a replacement due to damage upon arrival) as it was received as well as an explanation of your situation. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable  

 Roam Naturals reserves the right to reject requests for replacements for orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier services. Claims will be determined on a case by case basis.
